Workshop Terms & Policies
All Seasons membership and workshop sales are final and non-refundable.
Workshop Entry and Admission
Please bring along your WhatsApp confirmation (printed or digital) for entry. Concession ticket holders will need to show valid government-issued ID or a Singpass digital ID. Friday’s Garden reserves the right to deny entry to participants without valid identification.
Pricing and Fees
Workshop prices may change without prior notice. Any service fees, handling charges, or taxes will be clearly indicated during the purchase process.
Transferring Your Ticket
If you’re unable to attend, your seat may be transferred to another person that fits workshop criteria. Please note that resale of seats on unauthorised platforms is strictly prohibited.
Accessibility
Our studio is generally wheelchair-accessible, and service dogs are welcome. If you have specific accessibility needs, do let us know at least two (2) weeks in advance at hi@fridaysgarden.sg or via WhatsApp at 88891394 so we can make the necessary arrangements. Caregivers of participants requiring accessible seating will be accommodated wherever possible.
Photography & Videography
Workshops may be photographed or filmed by our team for documentation and promotional purposes (social media, website, print, and newsletters). By attending, you grant Friday’s Garden permission to use these images and recordings.
If you’d prefer not to appear in any photography or videography, please let us know one (1) week in advance at hi@fridaysgarden.sg or simply inform a staff member on the day.
Cancellation or Postponement by Friday’s Garden
Should a workshop be postponed or cancelled, seat holders will be notified promptly through the contact details provided at booking. If rescheduled, your seat will remain valid for the new date. If the new date isn’t suitable, you can request one (1) rollover into the next season’s workshop schedule.
Code of Conduct
We ask all participants to help us create a safe, welcoming, and respectful space. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the workshop without refund.
Liability Notice
By joining a Friday’s Garden workshop, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own discretion. While we take care to provide a safe and enjoyable environment, Friday’s Garden is not responsible for incidents beyond our control, including travel-related issues, accidents, illnesses, or loss of personal items.
