Still Life: Editorial Table Arrangement

An intermediate session for the detail-conscious, shaping a work of art with the precision and presence of a magazine feature, rooted in Friday’s Garden’s editorial sensibility. 

This is a skills-focused onsite learning experience on how to style arrangements for editorial shoots or events with a focus on balance, negative space, and visual storytelling. Note that most arrangements may not transport well or last for more than a day. 

Recommended for ages 13+

You’ll learn:

• Composing with props, and objects for depth and character

• Styling tips for plinths and pedestal surfaces.

• Creating arrangements that look striking from every angle — both in person and on camera.

Workshop Details:

• Class Size: Small groups for personalised guidance (up to 8 pax).

• Finished Arrangement Size: Approx. up to 50cm W x 60cm H (tallest point)

• Duration: ~2 hours.

• All materials, vessels, and props provided

• Use of a plinth for styling during the workshop only
