Ba Jun (The Eight Steeds)
Couldn't load pickup availability
Ba Jun, meaning The Eight Steeds, takes inspiration from the iconic Chinese painting “Eight Horses” (八骏图)—a symbol of strength, movement, and noble ambition. The legend tells of eight remarkable horses, each known for a different virtue, coming together to carry their rider forward with power and purpose.
This floral arrangement reimagines the legend through eight hero flower species, each carefully selected to embody an auspicious quality for the Year of the Horse—prosperity, resilience, harmony, vitality, protection, renewal, grace, and success. United in one generous composition, the eight blooms work in concert to usher in a year of steady progress, noble achievements, and flourishing abundance.
Select from two vessels, Green Lantern (ceramic) or Celadon (glass), each with its own make and silhouette.
Approximate Dimensions: 70cmH x 65cmW
Friday's Garden works omakase and actual arrangement may use similar seasonal flowers curated in the same colour palette and style. Colour of tassels is also at Friday's Garden's discretion.
Care recommendations: Your fresh cut arrangement is best cared for in a cool, well-ventilated spot in the home away from moisture, heat and direct sunlight. With proper hydration and care, seasonal blooms have an estimated vase life of 3-5 days, and foliage 5-7 days.
Many of our clients have joyously shared some have lasted longer than expected, so their vase life is clearly dependent on external environmental factors too. Thank you for making part of our garden yours, hope you enjoy your blooms!
